2 Q: Is your paintings or prints?

We are selling both hand painted oil painting and print.

Please remember to point out the paintings you prefer to order, When you write inquiries.

3 Q: Can you paint painting by my photograph?

Yes, we can. Just send us the photographs. and let us know the details you need.

4 Q: Could your artists make sign on the painting?

It should base on customers’ demand. If they ask us do it, we will.

If customer haven't mark it, we usually don't make any sign.

5 Q: How about Packing ?

A) Paintings without frame: Roll with tube

B) Paintings with frame/stretcher bar: Packing with Shrink Film, Protect Paper Corner , then carton packaging, one carton per set,then mark with your company Logo.

C) Customized packing way is welcome.

6 Q: Do I need to pay the shipping cost?

Normally, shipping cost should be paid by customer.

If you are a wholesale buyer, And the order is bulk, We suggest to send paintings by sea.

7 Q: How will you ship paintings? How long it will take?

Small order, Less than 200 pieces, Will be send by EMS, Fedex, DHL or UPS. Just need 7-9 days.

Bulk order would send by sea, it should be in 45 days.

8 Q: Does It cover with custom tax?

No. Local customs or taxes is the customer's responsibility.

In our experience that 99.5% paintings arrive your home without tax.

9 Q: Does Baiyixuanart have an affiliate program?
